THE 1815 FC TEAM
1815 F.C. is a DIY Community Football Club based in Dublin, Ireland. We play on a different free public football pitch across the Island of Ireland every Sunday and have done so since the Club was founded in Dalymount Park on June 9th 2017. Since the start of 2023, we now also play every Wednesday when we host our Reintroduction to Football and Intro to 1815 F.C. sessions. Aimed towards beginners, people who haven't played in years due to being pushed out of the game or people who play regularly but want to start playing with us and Football on their own terms.
We have a low barrier entry because we play on Free Public Football pitches. Anyone of any age that expresses an interest in wanting to play can play and becomes a part of our Club even if it's just for one game. We have a text list of approximately 500 people (at time of writing) who receive a location text before every game. Anyone can join the text list and attendance is never expected!

This jersey was drawn and designed by Club member and artist Kate O'Loughlin with help from Club member and designer Lorcan Rush, Club member and Fashion designer + Jersey consultant Liadán Scott-Keogh and the input of the Wednesday Football Crew!
