PEF Health
The aim of the federal educational program is to provide young license-holders with activities based on the rules of the game and the rules of life. Six themes are covered by this program, but the one we're interested in here is obviously health. First and foremost, your club must be registered or sign up for the scheme via your FootClub space. Once you've signed up to the PEF, you can register your Pink October action. To do so, you'll be asked to indicate the target audience: your project must involve your soccer school, i.e. players aged between 5 and 17. If your Pink October project involves equipping a youth team, you can describe the action. On the other hand, if you're equipping your seniors, you can still involve your youngsters and tackle breast cancer screening through other actions.
Here are a few ideas:
* Entrance of the players with the youngsters from the soccer school (and the pink jersey)
** Involvement of a health professional to explain the importance of your project to young people.
Taking part in the PEF is part of your club's educational project. But above all, it creates a link between the women's section and the club, a link that is sometimes too important. Some districts and leagues also share the projects they receive each month on their websites, giving you and your sponsors an opportunity to gain greater visibility.
